A Time to Relax!

Yesteryear's band Byrd, rightfully put it "This is a time/season for everything". Important to relax and unwind when our body pleads rest. After long I decided to give in to my body's plea and surrendered myself to a session of pampering, with every nerve in my body put to ease when i checked into the Club One Spa at The Suryaa

The entrance seemed to have just the right chi, with a pristine entrance with an urn of floating roses and wooden interiors with the aroma of ittar and soothing music transporting you to another place, albeit a Happy one. The yellow walls and chirpy staff further help alleviate the mood.
While they have a wide variety of massages to choose from, I decided to try the special massage called Lomi Lomi. This one is for those who don't like too much pressure yet complete relaxation. My therapist used a magic portion of lavender, rose and olive oil and kneaded every muscle, making me forget every stress, inducing me to go with the flow. It was an hour and half of total bliss.

It was followed by a luxurious jacuzzi and hydro bath which felt great given the dropping temperature outside and the hot bubbling water slapping against my back, removing any residual tightness.

The entire session had me in a stupor as I found my way out and back into the maze of life, feeling rejuvenated and recharged!
